JetBlue Vacations and Bermuda Tourism Authority, in collaboration with ClassPass, are preparing you for your Bermuda adventure by introducing Bermuda Jet/Set – a curated set of free workout classes to help New Yorkers discover and prepare for the uncommon adventures of Bermuda through fitness experiences. Bermuda Jet/Set classes are complimentary and available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis on the ClassPass app one week prior to the class date.
Do I need a ClassPass account to participate?
Yes, all participants will need to create or reactivate a ClassPass membership in order to participate. If you are brand new to ClassPass you can sign up for a 2-week trial at classpass.com/try/jetset
What if I previously deactivated my ClassPass account, but want to take a Bermuda Jet/Set class?
If you were previously a ClassPass member you will need to reactivate your account to participate, but good news here – we’ll waive your activation fee to help you prepare for your Bermuda adventure! To reactivate your account, follow the below prompts and your account will be back up and running in no time.
- Log in to the ClassPass with your cancelled account information
- Navigate to the billing page and make sure your payment information is up to date (no need to worry, you will not be charged).
- Click on the ‘reactivate’ button in the upper right corner and follow the prompts

Will ClassPass charge me for a full month when I sign up?
ClassPass will not charge new customers for a full month when signing up. ClassPass offers all new members a 2-week free trial period. This offer is exclusive to the Bermuda Jet/Set offer. Please note, in order to avoid auto-renewal for the following month, you will need to cancel your membership at least three days before the start of your next billing cycle. To determine your billing cycle, head to your account settings, click on the “membership” tab. Under “your current cycle” you’ll see the date your current cycle is valid through. After that date, your new cycle will begin.
How much do the classes cost?
Bermuda Jet/Set classes are free of charge and will not use any of your ClassPass credits to book.
How many classes can I sign up for?
Participants can only take up to 3 classes during the entire week of the Bermuda Jet/Set program per the structure ClassPass has in place. But if you’re feeling adventurous feel free to take more than one class per day at your leisure!
I’m already a ClassPass member. Do I need to do anything special to sign up for these classes?
Be quick! Bermuda Jet/Set classes are complimentary and offered on a first-come, first-served basis on the ClassPass app one week prior to the class date. Existing ClassPass members do not need to do anything special when signing up for the Bermuda Jet/Set classes. All you need to do is sign in to ClassPass using your credentials and select a class within our Bermuda Jet/Set curated classes that you’d like to try and can attend.
How will I know if a class listed on ClassPass is a Bermuda Jet/Set class? Will it be clearly labeled?
Each of the classes will be clearly labeled with Bermuda Jet/Set branding within the ClassPass app and have a description of what the class is/how it ties back to JetBlue Vacations and Bermuda. Bermuda Jet/Set classes will also be visible in a dedicated “class playlist.” The class playlist showcases the curated classes within the Bermuda Jet/Set program.
Is there a full list of participating studios and class times?
Can I guarantee a spot in a Bermuda Jet/Set class before it becomes available on the ClassPass app?
Interested New Yorkers can register for Bermuda Jet/Set classes one week prior to the class date at 12 p.m. (EST). For instance, a Bermuda Jet/Set class that takes place on Tuesday, September 4th will become available to book on August 28 at noon. Openings for classes will not be available before this date and time. Class openings are determined by each studio space. Space in each class is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Classes will be held starting September 4th, 2018 through September 9th, 2018.
When can I sign up for Bermuda Jet/Set classes?
Anyone can sign up for classes starting on August 28th, 2018 at 12 p.m. (EST) for classes available a week from that date (September 4th, 2018). Classes will be available to book on a daily basis starting at 12 p.m. (EST).
How do I sign up?
To sign up for a Bermuda Jet/Set class, you will need to visit the ClassPass website or download the ClassPass app and sign in with your ClassPass credentials.
- Select the Bermuda Jet/Set card on the home screen.
- Explore and book your free class.
Is there a cancellation fee if I can’t make my class?
Yes, per ClassPass’s policy, if you cancel a class less than 12 hours in advance, you'll be charged $15 per late cancel. If you don't cancel and don't show up to a class, you'll be charged $20 per no-show. If you have any questions on these cancellation policies, email email@example.com
The class I want is fully booked — what do I do?
Bermuda Jet/Set classes are available for a limited time, from September 4th, 2018 through September 9th, 2018. If you aren’t able to sign up for a desired class due to availability, keep an eye on your ClassPass app for any last-minute openings due to cancelations. Bermuda Jet/Set classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the ClassPass app one week prior to the class date. Can I sign up for more than one Bermuda Jet/Set class during the promotion?

The classes existed and were created by the hosting studio. JetBlue Vacations and Bermuda Toursim Authority curated the Bermuda Jet/Set class series to reflect unique activities you can experience on a JetBlue Vacations trip to Bermuda and to give you a reason to put your skills to test.
